Welcome to The Neuro Nutritionist. By using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Who We Are

The Neuro Nutritionist is run by Martine Kehoe, a fully insured Registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition (AfN), with a BSc in Food and Nutrition and an MSc in Public Health Nutrition. We provide inclusive, evidence-based nutrition support tailored to individual needs. We welcome clients of all ages and neurotypes, including neurodivergent (ND) and neurotypical (NT) adults, teens, parents, and families. All services are offered remotely unless otherwise stated.

2. Services Provided

We offer:

1:1 online nutrition support
Group coaching programmes
Digital downloads (e.g., sensory activity packs)
Free educational resources

Our services are inclusive and client-led. We support a wide range of eating and nutrition concerns, including sensory challenges, restricted diets, disordered eating patterns, and more.

Please note: we do not diagnose medical conditions. Our support is tailored, evidence-based, and educational, not a replacement for medical advice or treatment.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are made via our online booking platform (Zoho Bookings).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be updated with notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

For 1:1 appointments:

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or credit.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable.

For group programmes:

Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued after this period unless under exceptional circumstances.

For digital products:

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.

5. Use of Materials

All materials provided through this website and during sessions are for personal use only. They must not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

We retain full intellectual property rights over all content and materials, both free and paid.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We are committed to maintaining your privacy. All personal data is handled securely and in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

7. Disclaimer

While we provide advice and strategies based on the latest nutrition science and professional experience, results will vary between individuals. We do not offer medical diagnoses or treatment, and our services are not a substitute for medical advice.

If your child is under medical care or taking medication, please consult a relevant healthcare provider before implementing dietary changes.

Participation in our services is voluntary and at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take every care to provide accurate, evidence-based information. However, The Neuro Nutritionist is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of our website, services, or materials.
